تهديكم غرفة القصيم أطيب التحايا وتفيدكم بتلقيها خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم ل. و/1360) وتاريخ (1441/06/15هـ) المشار إليها في التعميم وزارة المالية (مرفق) رقم 47351 وتاريخ 8/5/1441 هـ والمتضمن الموافقة على نظام المنافسات والمشتريات الحكومية وبناء على الفقرة (2) من البند (سادسا) من قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (649) و تاريخ 13/11/1440هـ
