نفذت الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بمنطقة القصيم بالتعاون مع بنك التنمية الاجتماعية ورشة عمل ابدأ مشروعك التجاري صباح الخميس 8 ذو القعدة 1440هـ في مقر الغرفة ببريدة وحضرها عدد من رواد الأعمال.
مدير إدارة المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الغرفة الأستاذ: عبد الله الثويني ذكر خلال افتتاحه الورشة أن تنفيذها يأتي في إطار تطلعات الغرفة لخلق بيئة محفزة لرواد الأعمال بالمنطقة وتنمية مهاراتهم ورسم خارطة الطريق لهم مما يضمن وجود استثمارات جديدة وواعدة تسهم في رفعة اقتصاديات المنطقة.
أخصائي المشاريع في بنك التنمية الاجتماعية الأستاذ: إبراهيم الزغيبي أشار إلى أهمية دراسة المشروع قبل البدء به ومرحلة الفكرة وتوليدها وتقييمها مقارنةً بسوق العمل بعدها البدء بمرحلة خطة العمل لتنفيذها على أرض الواقع.
مبيناً أهمية خطة العمل فهي الآلية التي تحدد بها طريقة تحديد أهدافك ومعرفة المخاطر والمعوقات التي تواجهك، وخلق حلول لها قبل البدء بتنفيذ المشروع.
