تهديكم غرفة القصيم أطيب التحايا ونفيدكم بأنه قد وردنا خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم ش.غ/2320 وتاريخ 1440/9/17هـ والمشار فيه إلى خطاب وزارة التجارة والاستثمار رقم 42136 وتاريخ 1440/9/15هـ بشأن استمرار بعض الأسواق والمحلات التجارية ببيع منتجات تحمل صوراً العملة الرسمية المتداولة في المملكة ومن هذه المنتجات ظروف تحتوي على صور فئات من الإصدار السادس مما يعد مخالفاً للمادتين -الرابعة والخامسة من النظام الجزائي الخاص بتزييف وتقليد النقود الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم-12 وتاريخ 1379/7/20هـ .
عليه نأمل من السادة رجال الأعمال عدم استخدام صور وتصاميم العملات المتداولة في الأعمال التجارية إلا بعد الحصول على ترخيص لاستنساخ صور العملات من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي.
