السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ...
تهديكم غرفة القصيم أطيب التحايا ونفيدكم بأنه قد وردنا خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم /ش.غ/2254 وتاريخ- 1440/9/8هـ والمشار فيه إلى خطاب الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء رقم (60031/ع) وتاريخ (1440/9/3هـ) بشأن سعي الهيئة لتسهيل التواصل مع جميع المستوردين للمنتجات الخاضعة لرقابة الهيئة (غذاء، دواء، أجهزة طبية، تجميل، الأعلاف، المبيدات، الخضروات، والفواكه الطازجة).
عليه نأمل من السادة رجال الأعمال تزويد الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء ببيانات التواصل لمسؤولي الفسح والنقل والتخزين لدى الشركة/ المؤسسة/ المستودع، وذلك بخطاب رسمي مصدق من الغرفة التجارية والصناعية ويسلم لأقرب مكتب للهيئة ويحتوي على البيانات التالية: (اسم الشركة – اسم ضابط الاتصال - المنصب في الشركة – رقم الجوال – البريد الالكتروني)، كما يلزم على ا لشركة في حالة حدوث تغير بوسيلة الاتصال المعتمدة مع الهيئة سرعة إشعار الهيئة بذلك.
