السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ...
تهديكم غرفة القصيم أطيب التحايا ونفيدكم بأنه قد وردنا خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم ش.غ/2256 وتاريخ 1440/9/8هـ وإشارة إلى خطاب الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء رقم (60206/ع) وتاريخ (1440/9/4هـ) والمشار فيه إلى برقية الديوان الملكي رقم (51691) وتاريخ (1438/11/9هـ) والقاضي إلى أن جهة الاختصاص بفحص منتجات التبغ وإعداد المواصفات القياسية له ومنتجاته وإصدارها واعتمادها هي الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء وأن عليها اتخاذ ما يلزم لتنفيذ ذلك.عليه نفيدكم بأنه واستكمالاً للإجراءات التنظيمية التي تقوم بها الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء تم استحداث اشتراطات ومتطلبات لفسح منتجات التبغ.
