السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
تهديكم غرفة القصيم أطيب التحايا, وتفيدكم بتلقيها خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم (ش.خ/1091) بتاريخ (7/5/1440هـ), والمشار فيه الى تلقي المجلس خطاب الهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة رقم (2057/ع) وتاريخ (12/3/1440هـ), بشأن الشكوى المقدمة من المجموعة الصناعية الخليجية والمتضمنة قيام إحدى شركاتها (أشوا للتكنولوجيات المحدودة) باستيراد مواد أولية كيميائية من مادة الراتينج (Ester Penta Rosin) من الشركة الصينية (ديكوينغ يينلونغ الصناعية المحدودة Deqing Yinlong Industrial) لأغراض انتاج الغراء الصناعي (7 شحنات عام 2013م).
حيث ذكر في خطاب الشكوى بأن المواد الأولية التـي تم استيرادها معيبة لعدم مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المحددة في أوامر الشراء وشهادات التحليل الصادرة من الشركة الصينية, ولم تتجاوب الشركة الصينية مع طلبات الجهات الرسمية بالمملكة من خلال سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين بجمهورية الصين الشعبية .
وعليه تأمل الهيئة عدم التعامل مع الشركة الصينية المذكورة أعلاه لعدم تجاوبها مع الجهات الرسمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية .
