وردنا خطاب مجلس الغرف السعودية رقم (ش.غ/1863) وتاريخ (25/7/1440هـ) والمشار في إلى خطاب الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء رقم (5465/ع) وتـاريـخ(21/07/1440هـ)، بشأن ما تم ملاحظته من قيام عدد من المنشآت الغذائية بوضع تواريخ صلاحية مستقبلية على بطاقة عبوة المنتج لا تمثل التاريخ الفعلي الذي أنتج فيه المنتج مما يعد مخالفاً للائحة الفنية السعودية رقم (SFDA.FD 150 – 1) "فتـرات صلاحية المنتجات الغذائية - الجزء الأول", لذا فقد أصدرت الهيئة تعميماً بشأن الالتـزام بمتطلبات اللائحة الفنية السعودية رقم (SFDA.FD 150 – 1) "فتـرات صلاحية المنتجات الغذائية – الجزء الأول".
