أصدرت تعميماً بشأن الالتزام والتقيد بمتطلبات اللائحة الفنية السعودية رقم (SFDA.FD 2362/2018) "الاشتراطات الفنية لإنتاج الخبز" والتي نصت على وضع حد أعلى لكمية الملح في الخبز بأنواعه، بحيث لا يزيد عن (1غرام/100غرام) من المنتج النهائي، وتمنح الهيئة المستوردين والمصنعين مهلة حتى تاريخ 2019/04/30م للبدء بتطبيق هذه اللائحة.
