لوجود نقص كبير من فئة الاستشاريين في أغلب التخصصات الصحية وصعوبة توفيرها بالتعاقد معهم من خارج البلاد تمت الموافقة على التعاون ما بين مؤسسات القطاع الصحي الخاص لرفع مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى .
