الحالة المطرية التي تشهدها أجواء المملكة والتي تراوحت بين الخفيفة والمتوسطة والغزيرة وما صاحبها من جريان السيول في الأودية وما نتج عنها من أضرار في الأرواح والممتلكات وانقطاع بعض الطرق وتجمعات للمياه في بعض الأحياء , ومن المتوقع بأذن الله تعمق المنخفض الجوي واستمرار الحالة المناخية في الفترة القادمة وبصورة ربما تكون أكثر غزارة .. وما تم رفعه لسموه الكريم من ملاحظات حول عدم اكتمال المشاريع التي تحد من مخاطر السيول في معظم المناطق سواء داخل المدن أو المحافظات أو خارجها إضافة إلى وجود بعض التعديات على الأودية .
