تعمم وزارة التجارة والصناعة على اصحاب المكتبات والمطابع بعدم بيع وطباعة نماذج للأوراق التجارية مخالفة لنظام الاوراق التجارية, وذلك بعد تعنت اصحابها واضاعة حقوقهم عند قضاة التنفيذ وتعذرهم القضاة بعدم تنفيذها لأنها لاتعد سندات تنفيذ.
