يتم تطبيق نظام التأمين ضد التعطل عن العمل اعتباراً من تاريخ 01/11/1435هـ للمنشآت التي تتبع التقويم الهجري و اعتباراً من تاريخ 01/09/2014م للمنشآت التي تتبع التقويم الميلادي.
