طبقا لإجراءات تنظيم عمل المرافقين والمرافقات للعمالة الوافدة النظامية في المملكة المتخذة في وزارة العمل, يتعين على المنشآت الخاصة الراغبة في الاستفادة من المرافقين والمرافقات لشغل الوظائف المتاحة لديها للقيام بنقل خدماتها اليها بصورة نظامية وفق الضوابط المتبعة.
