يفيد خطاب وزارة الزراعة ببدء إيقاف حصص المنشآت التي تحصل على الدقيق مباشرة او عن طريق الموزعين من المؤسسة العامة لصوامع الغلال ومطاحن الدقيق اعتباراً من شهر صفر لعام 1434هـ لحين تعديل أوضاعها النظامية, وذلك تفادياً لخلق سوق سوداء للدقيق.
