تمنح الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء الشركات والمؤسسات مهلة لمدة عام للالتزام بالدليل التنظيمي لإدراج المستحضرات الصحية. علماً الدليل التنظيمي متوفر بالغتين العربية والانجليزية على موقع الهيئة الالكتروني: http://sfda.govsa/Ar/Drug/topics/Guides/
