لتسهيل الإجراءات وإحكام الرقابة على الإرساليات تنبه مصلحة الجمارك على المستوردين تقديم الاقيام الحقيقية لمستورداتهم للجمارك, والتي توضح كافة المصاريف التي دفعها المستورد ومنها التصريح عن مبالغ رسوم العلامات التجارية وحقوق الملكية الفكرية.
