نص التعميم: 

أ- عدم الشراء والبيع الا باسانيد قبض يكتب فيها أسماء الأشخاص من واقع اثبات الهوية.
ب- فحص الأجهزة ومسح جميع محتوياتها او اتلاف القرص الصلب (هارددسك), و اشعار المحلات بان المسؤلية تقع عليها في عمليات البيع وعليها اشعار العميل بذلك.
