مرفق خطاب رئيس اللجنة الفرعية لحكام كرة القدم بمنطقة القصيم رقم 3 وتاريخ 9/7/1432هـ , المتضمن إقامة دورة حكام مستجدين لكرة القدم بالقصيم خلال الفترة القادمة وذلك وفق الشروط الموضحة بالخطاب .
نأمل الإيعاز لمن يلزم بإبلاغ الراغبين للالتحاق بهذه الدورة بعد استيفاء المطلوب وتعبئة الاستمارة وتصديقها من المكتب خلال وقت الدوام الرسمي .
